Some form of asbestos training should be undertaken annually where it is foreseeable that you may encounter asbestos in your roll or at work or if you supervise those who would.

Training is also required if you manage properties, design or plan works in premises which may contain asbestos.

This App will determine which asbestos training is best suited to your roll or activity.

Do or could you personally undertake or supervise those who do, or may undertake any of the tasks in Box 1?
Box 1
- Interaction with asbestos cable tape;
- Interaction with arctic links;
- Interaction with auxiliary fuses;
- Interaction with asbestos insulation board (AIB);
- Interaction with metal clad cut outs;
- Cleaning small amounts on debris from within any premises containing asbestos;
- Drilling holes through asbestos containing materials (ACMs)
- Lifting cable trench covers;
- Interaction with YEB logoed anti-tamper labels
- Feeding cables through asbestos containing cable ducts
- Operation or maintenance of IVIO switchgear;
- Disposal of asbestos containing materials / equipment;
