This Asbestos Duty to Manage training course is designed for dutyholders, appointed persons, facilities managers, landlords, managing agents, employers and anyone responsible for the maintenance, repair or management of non-domestic premises. The course explains the legal duties placed on those responsible for buildings under Regulation 4 of the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 and provides practical guidance on how to manage asbestos-containing materials safely, effectively and in full compliance with the law.

The training covers how to identify whether asbestos may be present, how to arrange suitable asbestos surveys, how to create and maintain an asbestos register, and how to assess the risk of exposure to asbestos fibres.
